Welcome to Axis Cardiovascular
I've been going to Axis Cardiovascular seeing Dr. Faraz Kureshi since July of '22 after seeing another cardiologist for more than 5 years. Dr. Kureshi spent time with me discussing previous treatment methods, medications outcomes and history to determine next steps for me. Upon my initial visit made some minor adjustments to medications and ordered tests that had not been previously ordered (and he was surprised they hadn't already been done). Upon receiving new test results, scheduled a follow up to discuss in detail the findings, adjusted meds and our plan accordingly and within a month or so, my blood pressure was better than it had been in 7 years. Do yourself a favor, if you need a cardiologist, pick this one. He is what doctors were before the cattle calls started. He takes time, makes sure you understand what and why any changes are needed and prepares you for what's expected to come. His staff is also very attentive, compassionate and communicate better than I've had from any doctors office. Charlotte will take great care of you and also prepares you for what to expect from start to finish. I'm so glad my GP recommended Dr. Kureshi. By the way, my GP also sees him as well. Great people here!

The office is very comfortable and easy to get to. I cant say enough about the office staff...so helpful and accomodating helping me work through some insurance authorization issues. Everyone and everything was beyond fantastic. I have been to quite a few medical professionals over the years, and I was extremely impressed. The hospitality, bedside manner, question asking, active listening, seeing me as more than one specific organ, and the amount of personal one-on-one time the doctor spent with me was something I had yet to experience. The doctor wanted to run quite a few tests, but after being constantly pushed to the side from other providers, his attention to detail was much appreciated. I look forward to continuing my care with this practice and I am happy this is the doctor and nurse helping me do it!

I am so glad that i was able to find Dr. Kureshi again. I have had a lot of different heart issues. Dr. Kureshi is very knowledgeable with a lot of them. If he ever feels like he is not 100% sure on something, he will confer with a colleague, and or referrer you to someone that is specialist in your needs. He always will communicate with whomever he needs to make sure that you are thaken care of. This doctor is a rare find. I will highly recommend him to everybody!

Dr Kureshi is amazing. He's relatable, communicates clearly, and so down to earth. His facility and staff are equally amazing. I've seen a few cardiologists in the past, however none of them have ever made me feel more comfortable, nor have they made me feel more clear about my health status. Dr Kureshi is up on the latest techniques and information that the medical world has to offer, which is very important to me. Don't waste your time seeing any other cardiologists!

Dr Kureshi and RN Charlotte are amazing, and provide the best care! I use to see them when they worked somewhere else. They're out in Georgetown now at Axis Cardiovascular, and even though it is a super far drive it is one hundred percent worth it. Dr Kureshi actively listens to you, and always does what is best for you. They are kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. Cannot recommend them enough. If all doctors and nurses were this great, the healthcare system would be astronomically better.

I've worked in Healthcare in the past including helping run a medical office, as well as hospital administration and various other positions. We have an amazing Cardiovascular Physician , highly trained, Board Certified right here in Georgetown. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has great bed side manner. You don't always find such a personable approach with doctors in my experience. I do not work for this doctor, but after personally being involved and having his credentials. It needs to be shared. He started his private practice near Sun City in hopes of bringing quality care to our area. You're welcome to message me for his credentials. It's extensive and too much to post here!
